SOUTHERN DATES Co. and any affiliated vendors will not be liable for any injuries or illnesses that may occur during bookings and/or events. I am voluntarily participating in this activity at my own risk. I understand that injuries or outcomes may arise from my own or others negligence. I agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that I otherwise have to bring a legal action against SOUTHERN DATES Co. for personal injury or property damage. In the event that I should require medical care or treatment, I agree to be financially responsible for any costs inquired as a result of such treatment. I am aware and understand that I should carry my own insurance and be mindful of any set up equipment, props, or other objects affiliated with the events.
I understand that I pay for the packages in full upon the time of booking. If, for whatever reason, I cancel within the first 24 hours of your booking, SOUTHERN DATES Co. will refund 50% of the total cost I paid. Any cancellations made after that time, I understand can be rescheduled within 3 months of the original booking date, but they will not be refunded.
Rescheduling will be allowed for unpredictable weather conditions. If our event is being held outdoors and the weather predictions are bad, SOUTHERN DATES Co. will allow the event to either be setup inside our home or reschedule within 3 months of the original booking.
SOUTHERN DATES Co. will wait until you arrive to your event, but this will cut into your own reservation time.
If any items are damaged or missing, you will be subject to pay for the cost, plus any additional fees.
Proof or License matching the booking form will be required upon picnic setup. This includes your full name, phone number and address. Must be 18 or older to book an event.
IN-HOME SET UP STANDARDS
We reserve the right to ensure the locations we set up in are up to par in terms of space and cleanliness. This can be but is not limited to, canceling reservations if we arrive and space is not cleared for us to set up, the home we are setting up in is smoke inhabitated, or for another reason we do not feel comfortable setting up our equipment. We reserve the right to request that the client either clean and reschedule their event, choose an outdoor location and reschedule, or they may cancel without a refund. Rescheduled events must be rescheduled within 3 months of the originally scheduled event.
